Recruitment businesses are always looking to hire talented individuals. One area we strongly target as an industry is fresh graduates. This is currently done on an individual basis, one recruitment business at a time. But now, The Big Graduate roadshow is here to change that and ensure we are making a much larger impact on our target audience.
Working together as an industry, attracting individuals to your recruitment business as well as promoting recruitment as a career of choice, this is a chance to stand shoulder to shoulder with experts to tackle the shortfall of talent in your business and across our growing industry.
The Big Graduate Roadshow will visit top universities in the UK to showcase on campus what the recruitment industry has to offer. The events will include industry experts, careers guidance, CV and interview tips as well as the opportunity for recruitment businesses to meet fresh graduates and attract them to a career in recruitment. Rather than a traditional recruitment fair model, all job seekers are introduced to agencies directly where they will sit and have initial discussions to ascertain suitability.
Our previous event on 18th May featured speakers including Ann Swain - APSCo, James Osborne -The Recruitment Network and Sarah Mason - Talent Advantage to name a few and the next series of events will be no different.
All recruitment businesses sponsoring the events will have the opportunity to meet graduates at a crucial time before they sit their final exams. Supporters will have access to job seekers on the day as well as the ability to contact individuals following the event (once consent is obtained).
All supporters will be asked to sign up to the Enter Recruitment charter and will be provided with a badge which will show them as a supporter of Enter Recruitment, bringing new talent into our industry, supporting them in their growth whilst promoting recruitment as a career of choice.
You will also have a profile on the Enter Recruitment website, allowing individuals to contact you directly.
Our supporters will also have access to the Enter Recruitment TalentXchange coming in 2019.
